Sie absolvierte ihre Facharztausbildung am St. John Macomb-Oakland Hospital in Warren, MI. Sie verbringt gerne Zeit mit ihrem Mann und ihren beiden Kindern. Sie nimmt auch gerne an Langstreckenlaufveranstaltungen teil.
