Am schockierendsten sind die Ergebnisse der Gallup-Umfrage von 1942, die ergab, dass 451 TP3T der Amerikaner acht Stunden oder mehr bekamen, verglichen mit 291 TP3T heute. Das sorgt f\u00fcr einige schl\u00e4frige, m\u00fcrrische Menschen \u2013 einer von vier Amerikanern, die unter Schlafmangel leiden, erkl\u00e4rt viel.<\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"container mx-auto   wordpress-block wordpress- core-\">\n\n<\/div><div class=\"container mx-auto   wordpress-block wordpress-paragraph core-paragraph\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Laut der National Sleep Foundation (NSF) sollten Erwachsene f\u00fcr eine optimale Gesundheit im Allgemeinen jede Nacht zwischen sieben und neun Stunden schlafen. Und aktuellen Untersuchungen zufolge braucht die durchschnittliche Frau 20 Minuten mehr Schlaf als M\u00e4nner! Ja! Noch besser ist, dass die Forschung darauf hindeutet, dass Frauen dazu neigen, mehrere Aufgaben zu erledigen und mehr von ihrem eigentlichen Gehirn zu nutzen als M\u00e4nner, was zu einem gr\u00f6\u00dferen Schlafbed\u00fcrfnis f\u00fchrt.<\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"container mx-auto   wordpress-block wordpress- core-\">\n\n<\/div><div class=\"container mx-auto   wordpress-block wordpress-paragraph core-paragraph\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Obwohl Frauen mehr Schlaf ben\u00f6tigen als M\u00e4nner, bekommen viele nicht die richtige Menge. Sie brauchen uns wahrscheinlich nicht, um die Liste durchzugehen \u2026 die meisten von uns waren schon einmal dort oder kennen jemanden, der das erlebt hat. Stick to a sleep schedule\u00a0of the same bedtime and wake up time, even on the weekends. This helps to regulate your body\u2019s clock and could help you fall asleep and stay asleep for the night.<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Practice a\u00a0relaxing bedtime ritual.\u00a0A relaxing, routine activity right before bedtime conducted away from bright lights helps separate your sleep time from activities that make it more difficult to fall asleep, get sound and deep sleep or remain asleep.<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If you have trouble sleeping, avoid naps, especially in the afternoon.\u00a0Power napping in that pod may be all the rage, but it may well be hampering sleep in the long run.<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Regelm\u00e4\u00dfige Bewegung in irgendeiner Form ist der Schl\u00fcssel zu gutem Schlaf.<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Your surroundings should be peaceful, dark, quiet and cool (between 60 and 67 degrees).\u00a0Your bedroom should also be free from any noise that can disturb your sleep.
