Im Sommer ist das ein Kinderspiel. Das Problem ist, dass viele Menschen w\u00e4hrend eines schwei\u00dftreibenden Trainings vergessen, wie viel Wasser sie trinken m\u00fcssen. Wenn Sie dar\u00fcber hinaus eine Zeit lang stark schwitzen, m\u00fcssen Sie Ihrem K\u00f6rper m\u00f6glicherweise wieder Elektrolyte zuf\u00fchren.
