Every baby born at Hancock Regional Hospital has a special and unique story, and this new addition is no exception. Our first baby born in the new year is Cole Edward Michael Ethridge. He was born on January 2, 2020, at 4:47 p.m. to his parents, Hayley and Derek Ethridge. The family went from the hospital to their home in Greenfield on January 5 and are enjoying time with their little one.<\/p>\n<p>Bringing new life into the world can be exciting, terrifying, joyous, but it is always amazing. Whether you are starting a family or expanding, we will start your journey off right by offering personalized care and attention throughout the entire process.<\/p>\n<p>We want your birth plan to be just that\u2014<em>su <\/em>birth plan. Our nurses know all of the latest birthing techniques and will be by your side throughout labor. If you need us, we are ready to help 24\/7.<\/p>\n<p>Our Andis unit works to make the childbirth experience as comfortable and relaxing as possible for the 400 babies delivered each year. New parents can stay in private maternity suites, with a T.V. and private bath. We\u2019ll deliver food to your suite and allow plenty of time for you and your family to enjoy your new baby.<\/p>\n<p>Most new moms want to keep their babies in their rooms with them, which is wonderful. However, if your baby needs special care or you just need more sleep, our nursery is steps away.
