Hancock Health recently announced two new executives to the healthcare system\u2019s leadership team: Matt Browning as Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) and Jennifer Stanley as Chief Financial Officer (CFO). These strategic appointments signal the team\u2019s investment in improvement and development to support Hancock County\u2019s \u2013 and the health system\u2019s \u2013 continued growth.<\/p>\n<\/div>

Browning, a seasoned healthcare industry executive, joins Hancock Health from the Indiana Hospital Association (IHA), where he most recently served as Senior Vice President, Member Solutions and Engagement\/Chief Privacy Officer. In this position, he oversaw the member solutions team, brought business partners to hospitals throughout the state, and provided strategic planning and decision support services to IHA and member hospitals.<\/p>\n<\/div>

Stanley, a Hancock Health veteran, becomes the organization\u2019s CFO after serving in multiple finance capacities within the system, most recently as Controller and Director of Fiscal Services, for the past 22 years. Over the past two decades, Stanley has been involved in all areas of the system\u2019s finance department and has brought transparency and education to financial statements to improve efficiency and experience for patients.
