El cuerpo femenino es una maravilla porque puede crear suficiente espacio para crear un ser humano completamente nuevo y al mismo tiempo permitirle seguir con su rutina diaria. Sin embargo, el embarazo requiere un nivel m\u00e1s profundo de autocuidado. Dependiendo de qu\u00e9 tan avanzado est\u00e9 el embarazo de una mujer y c\u00f3mo era su rutina de ejercicios antes de la maternidad, existen muchos ejercicios que se consideran seguros y beneficiosos tanto para la madre como para el beb\u00e9.<\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"container mx-auto   wordpress-block wordpress- core-\">\n\n<\/div><div class=\"container mx-auto   wordpress-block wordpress-paragraph core-paragraph\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">De acuerdo con la <a href=\"https:\/\/www.acog.org\/clinical\/clinical-guidance\/committee-opinion\/articles\/2020\/04\/physical-activity-and-exercise-during-pregnancy-and-the-postpartum-period\">Colegio Americano de Obstetras y Ginec\u00f3logos<\/a>, el ejercicio apropiado durante el embarazo es una excelente manera de reducir las posibilidades de que una futura mam\u00e1 tenga un parto prematuro, un parto por ces\u00e1rea, un aumento excesivo de peso, diabetes gestacional, preeclampsia y un beb\u00e9 con bajo peso al nacer. El ejercicio tambi\u00e9n puede ayudar a las futuras mam\u00e1s a controlar el estr\u00e9s, reducir la posible ansiedad y depresi\u00f3n y ayudar a aliviar los s\u00edntomas f\u00edsicos del embarazo.
