Sin embargo, las investigaciones muestran que trabajar desde casa puede aumentar la productividad al <a href=\"https:\/\/www.apollotechnical.com\/working-from-home-productivity-statistics\/\">tanto como 13%.<\/a> \u00bfC\u00f3mo es eso un caso a favor del descanso y la libertad de los empleados?<\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"container mx-auto   wordpress-block wordpress- core-\">\n\n<\/div><div class=\"container mx-auto   wordpress-block wordpress-heading core-heading\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">La flexibilidad es la clave de la productividad.<\/h2>\n<\/div><div class=\"container mx-auto   wordpress-block wordpress- core-\">\n\n<\/div><div class=\"container mx-auto   wordpress-block wordpress-paragraph core-paragraph\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Una raz\u00f3n por la que trabajar desde casa puede aumentar la productividad es simplemente la flexibilidad. Quienes se benefician del trabajo remoto no tienen que desplazarse y, por tanto, ahorran ese importante tiempo cada d\u00eda. No solo eso, al crear sus propios horarios para reflejar en qu\u00e9 momentos del d\u00eda se sienten m\u00e1s productivos, les resultar\u00e1 mucho m\u00e1s f\u00e1cil concentrarse. Si es un padre que trabaja desde casa, sabe que este tambi\u00e9n puede ser uno de los grandes desaf\u00edos.<\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"container mx-auto   wordpress-block wordpress- core-\">\n\n<\/div><div class=\"container mx-auto   wordpress-block wordpress-paragraph core-paragraph\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Frente al trabajo remoto, muchas empresas han instituido semanas laborales de cuatro d\u00edas que, adem\u00e1s de permitir que los empleados se sientan menos estresados y m\u00e1s relajados, significa trabajadores m\u00e1s felices y productivos durante los otros cuatro d\u00edas de la semana. El trabajo remoto resuena tan bien entre los empleados que una enorme <a href=\"https:\/\/buffer.com\/state-of-remote-work\/2022\">97% lo recomendar\u00eda<\/a> a otra persona y 61% han dicho que han tenido una experiencia muy positiva.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"container mx-auto   wordpress-block wordpress- core-\">\n\n<\/div><div class=\"container mx-auto   wordpress-block wordpress-heading core-heading\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">La felicidad de los empleados es clave<\/h2>\n<\/div><div class=\"container mx-auto   wordpress-block wordpress- core-\">\n\n<\/div><div class=\"container mx-auto   wordpress-block wordpress-paragraph core-paragraph\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Lo que estamos descubriendo en todas las dimensiones del trabajo, ya sea en la oficina o a distancia, es que la felicidad de los empleados es una gran clave para el \u00e9xito de las marcas y negocios de los empleadores. Empoderar a los empleados y confiar en su criterio es una forma segura de lograr que las personas den un paso al frente y se hagan cargo de sus propios proyectos, especialmente cuando hay un cheque de pago en juego. Y todos sabemos que los empleados motivados son empleados felices.<\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"container mx-auto   wordpress-block wordpress- core-\">\n\n<\/div><div class=\"container mx-auto   wordpress-block wordpress-heading core-heading\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cuando algo bueno sale mal<\/h2>\n<\/div><div class=\"container mx-auto   wordpress-block wordpress- core-\">\n\n<\/div><div class=\"container mx-auto   wordpress-block wordpress-paragraph core-paragraph\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sin duda, hemos hecho un gran trabajo al desarrollar el modelo de trabajo desde casa. Sin embargo, es importante se\u00f1alar que, de hecho, existen algunos inconvenientes al marcar el reloj de forma remota. No todo es color de rosa, especialmente para aquellos que de otro modo disfrutar\u00edan socializando con sus compa\u00f1eros de trabajo. Tambi\u00e9n est\u00e1 el obst\u00e1culo de la imposibilidad de desconectarse. Cuando trabaja desde casa, su hogar est\u00e1 naturalmente lleno de su trabajo.
